• Report any damages or missing materials immediately so that they can be repaired/replaced.
• Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
• Parties or behavior that disturbs the peace and quiet of the neighborhood are not allowed.
• You are expected to respect and make proper use of the facilities, furnishings and decorations in the apartment and common areas.
• To safeguard the furnishings, it is forbidden to bring your bicycles into the house. You are requested to leave them outside.
• You are responsible for the use and safekeeping of the keys to the apartment during your stay. You must lock the door whenever you leave the apartment. We will not be held responsible in case of theft or loss of personal items.
